The quality of the components is important for a vehicle’s safety. Every component receives a unique number and the running values that define its use are collected into an aggregate protocol.
Parts for military vehicles
In the case of the small production runs for thin-walled or spatial components, it is often more efficient to manufacture the product by cutting from the whole material, since it reduces the expenditure amount when creating molds or dies. The much-lauded 3-D printing is not a realistic alternative, in most places, due to its higher prices and weaker structural characteristics when making smaller components.
Electrical motor housings
Components that may seem simple at first glance can have very demanding specifications for their shape and relative positions. Approximately, over a few thousands of these components can be made in a year, so the production process must be carefully monitored so that manufacturing flaws do not occur. In the final step of the work process, the components get a galvanized zinc coating, the thickness of which must be in accordance with strict parameters.
Electrical motor flanges
Both ends of the aluminium components are processed and precision ball bearings are placed into the central holes. The margin for error on the surface and shape is very small because the motor’s reliable functionality and long lifespan significantly depend on this.
Infrared camera parts

Lifting equipment
Metec manufactures electric vacuum lifting equipment in cooperation with a Swedish company specializing in handling goods. Our engineers helped the customer optimize the design of their products to achieve reasonable manufacturing costs. All metal parts are manufactured and finalized in our factory. Metec manages all procurement of the purchased goods and is also responsible for the final assembly and testing of the machine. One great example of a turnkey solution.
Road maintenance, forestry and agricultural machinery

Special purpose vehicle components
The most complex products use 40 different types of steel, according to their measurements and physical characteristics, at the same time. The products are finished with a special heat resistant coating. A part of the final assembly consists of adding control devices with required cabling. The client only needs to plug and play.
Tractor and car body parts
The welded assembly consists of more than 100 separate details to which the driver’s seat, steering column, gas, and brake pedals are attached, as well as numerous other parts and units required for the functioning of the tractor. All details must be positioned with millimetre exactness despite the metal’s desire to deform during welding. It is a challenge to prepare such assemblies so that their components do not require mechanical processing after welding, and that the required exactness is already achieved through intelligent welding.
Patient mobility/care equipment
Welded, processed, and finished steel equipment parts are, for example, used in the production of equipment for the transportation of mobility impaired persons. A fault in a welded seam or detail prepared from the wrong material may have serious consequences for the patient and is therefore not acceptable. The products are delivered in a finished fashion to the client’s production line and must fit perfectly together with components from other suppliers. The packaging and transport of finished details requires careful consideration to ensure that the details reach the client, who could be hundreds of kilometres away, unharmed.
Construction machinery parts

Surgical assist systems and extension devices for Oparating tables
The technology in operating rooms is subject to most demanding quality requirements. All weld seams must be 100% tight and are tested with extrem loads – not a single pore can be available for bacteria to grow, nor can single deformation occure. The accessories used during surgery have great exactness of construction to ensure the fixation of extremities etc.
Components of working parts for different types of machinery
There are, in circulation in the components of equipment consisting of welded and processed stainless steel, different kinds of aggressive chemicals. Leaks in the construction would damage other equipment parts and their reliability. Some details are used in especially responsible locations and therefore are equipped with a unique article number, so that all production inputs can be retraced at a later date should the occasion arise.
