Machining

Machining is one of the few areas of our activity, where the end product delivered by us to our customers is usually a detail consisting of one material. However, as with other business lines, the special features of our cutting processing are high requirements for product accuracy and durability (warranty) and materials that are more difficult to process than usual. Our fleet includes more than 20 different lathes and machining centers, all of which use Siemens control software, the most modern of which allow simultaneous control of five axes.

We manufacture housings and end flanges for electric motors, where dimensional tolerances reach up to 0.005 mm. We process stainless steel castings or forgings and welding assemblies included in the composition of operating tables. We manufacture parts for heavy-duty towing systems and military vehicles. A significant part of our production is made up of machined parts for the construction of high-voltage systems or infrared cameras. 

If necessary, we deliver all parts with the necessary surface coating, be it for example different galvanic surface coatings, e-coat, or electropolishing. If you would like more information about our cutting technology capabilities, click here.

If you are already our customer or the parts to be cut are only a part of your needs, the company of the group from which you get the majority of the products or services you need can remain their supplier.
