The construction, in addition to metal products, consists of different electrical movement assistance which facilitate the use of the equipment and make working with it faster and more ergonomic for the daily user. The products pass a 100% functionality test before packaging.

BACKCar chassis parts
The preparation of parts and details that appear simple may be much more complex than they seem at first glance. The breaking of components in a car’s chassis during exploitation may result in traffic accidents with severe consequences. It is a challenge to produce tens of thousands of components annually, within a fairly strict budget, when you must ensure that each of them must be of 100% quality. The process must be continually controlled, as at any moment the wearing of tools may make the component being prepared non-conforming.

Surface treatment of stainless steel
We have the largest electrolytic polishing line in Estonia and the Baltic States, with a bath measuring 4.0 x 1.0 x 1.2m. Digitally changing the process parameters allows for a final result with a different level of glossiness. During the process the (welding) oxide layer and other corrosive particles found there are removed from the component’s or assembly’s surface. It is possible to achieve a very interesting structure and appealing end result if the details are shot blasted before electrolytic polishing.
Powder coating
The powder coating line, built in 2018, allows us to processing components with maximum dimensions of 1.0 x 1.5 x 3.0 m. It is important to maintain an even temperature at every point within the oven during the entire heating cycle in order to ensure the quality of the colour. A specially developed and electronically controlled solution makes maintaining temperature in our oven possible.
The pre-processing of components is equally important for good adhesion and corrosion resistance. Our pre-processing process integrates degreasing, neutral etching and the installation of a special corrosion-resistance increasing base layer called “Oxcilan“ to the components to be coated. Components finished with our technology, depending on the characteristics of their construction, will remain without significant corrosion damage up to 1 000 h in the salt cellar test.
Pipe detail production
If we already use the material required for preparing your component, it is highly likely that we are able to offer better conditions than the competition for cutting simpler tube rounds and squares with diameters (diagonals) up to 150 mm and wall thickness up to 6 mm and bending diameters (diagonals) up to 80 mm.
Tool production
Most universal machine-tools require a unique tool or jig for preparing a concrete product or component. Measurements are beneficial for activities not directly related to production, such as the quality control of components or their mobility within the logistics organisation. Investing in different kinds of auxiliary measures may have already paid off in the case of very small line of products – with continued quality control of the product as well as a shortening the work process and assisting times. Do not hesitate to contact us even if you have only just understood that you need to increase your productivity and you do not yet know how. We will advise you on how to develop a possible solution and, if needed, will compile a project, and organise production. Our advantage is that we can test most prepared tools on site in a real work environment and seamlessly make amendments and corrections, saving valuable time that would otherwise be spent on transporting the tools between the client and manufacturer. Time saved increases the probability of keeping to the schedule agreed upon with the client. Naturally we will perform maintenance, repairs, and reconstruction of all auxiliary tools manufactured by us.
Production of a small line of precise components
If you have the need for components or a prototype, which other companies do not want to make due to the small quantity and/or technological complexity, then you may boldly approach us, and we will probably be in a position to be of assistance to you. In addition to the more common metal processing methods (turning, milling, sheet metal processing and welding) we also have flat and round grinding machines, wire and thread milling equipment, as well as shredding equipment and thermal processing equipment.
Maintenance and repair
Is an equipment component worn out or broken? Is the delivery time for spare parts inconveniently long, or for some reason is it no longer available? We have the experience and equipment to prepare or restore high precision and/or durable metal components. We are ready to remove the worn out or broken component from the equipment if desired, and after replacing it we will return the equipment to you in working order, assembled either in our plant or at your location.
Special equipment production
Even though there are thousands of different simpler or more complex machine-tools available in the world, there may be a situation that arises where the standard solution does not fulfil your needs or is just too expensive. Or maybe you have decided to combine existing machine-tools into a single production line and the appropriate piece for making the connection is missing? Our long-term experience in serial production, combined with our experience in tool production puts us in a position where we can help you by thinking out the necessary equipment then designing and producing it. We receive valuable feedback on a daily basis, apart from the continuous production taking place in-house, about how tools and equipment we have created survive in the real work environment, thanks to which we know how to recommend better solutions to our clients. We will ensure that the equipment built conforms to the machine safety regulations and in the future will take care of the equipment’s maintenance and repair.
Mobile loading systems
The products consist of different pipes, sheets, and cut details and are prepared entirely in our plant. The product is designed and constructed in such a way so that it is easy to clean, and the places where bacteria can grow have been minimised. Different surface treatment methods ensure the achievement of an optically faultless appearance for the end product.
