Electrical motor housings
At first glance, the parts may seem simple, but they have very high precision requirements for surface geometry and relative positioning. Hundreds of thousands of these parts are produced annually, and the manufacturing process must be tightly controlled to prevent errors due to routine operations. In addition to CNC machining, the parts receive surface treatments such as galvanic zinc coating, e-coating, or anodizing through our trusted partners.
Optical Device Components
The manufacturing of monolithic, asymmetrical parts presents a significant challenge for engineers, with the use of acid-resistant stainless steel adding further complexity to the process. The production of these parts involves a combination of CNC milling and turning on various machining centers.
Automotive coupling system parts
The quality and dimensional stability of such parts are directly linked to everyday traffic safety. In addition to the unique serial number that each part receives during CNC machining, we continuously collect data on critical parameters to perform Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Post-processing of ingots and forgings
When manufacturing parts with complex geometry, it is reasonable to use castings or forgings as blanks. This reduces the volume of material removed during CNC machining and shortens processing times. Machining such parts often requires the design of fixtures and CMM measurements – capabilities we can offer you.
