As of 1 September 2024, the Act on the Protection of Persons Who Report Work-Related Breaches of European Union Law has entered into force in Estonia. This law enables individuals to confidentially report work-related violations.
The reporting channel is intended for the company’s employees, service providers, cooperation partners, and other persons connected to the company. Through this channel, it is possible to securely report situations indicating illegal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate conduct — including fraud, negligence, human rights violations, or other behavior that may harm individuals, the company, or the public interest (more detailed guidance is provided in the applicable legislation).
The channel is used exclusively for reporting work-related violations or reasonable suspicions thereof.

We will confirm receipt of the report within 7 days and provide feedback on the measures taken or planned at the earliest opportunity, but no later than within 3 months.
All reports are handled securely and with strict confidentiality.
