Metec’s customers in the field of mechanical engineering are several of the world’s leading large companies that manufacture construction and agricultural machinery and special-purpose vehicles, such as platform lifts.
Among the manufactured products, however, you can also find vacuum lifters used in handling goods. The quantities of products in mechanical engineering are below the needs of the automotive industry, but they are comparatively more complex in terms of manufacturing technology. Machine parts supplied by us can consist of more than 100 different parts made not only of metal. Many of them are complete, finished and pre-assembled assemblies that are connected to the main device at the factory using only bolt connections. The more complex mechanical engineering semi-finished or finished products manufactured by us contain hydraulic and electrical components, drives and control electronics and can weigh up to 1.5 tons as a final product.
