CNC machining

Machining is one of the few areas in our operations where the final product delivered to the customer typically consists of a single material. However, as with our other business lines, our machining work is characterized by high demands for product accuracy and durability (warranty), as well as the use of materials that are generally more difficult to machine. Our equipment fleet includes over 20 different lathes and machining centers, all using Siemens control software, with the most modern machines capable of simultaneous five-axis machining.

We manufacture electric motor housings and end flanges with dimensional tolerances reaching up to 0.005 mm. We process cast or forged stainless steel components and welded assemblies used in operating tables. We produce parts for heavy-duty vehicle coupling systems and public transport vehicles. A significant portion of our production consists of machined components that are part of high-voltage systems or optical equipment structures.

When needed, we deliver all parts with the required surface treatment, such as various galvanic coatings, e-coat, or electropolishing. More information about our technologies can be found here.
