Automotive industry

Tarmetec has been manufacturing various parts and contracts for the automotive industry based on customer needs since 2000.

Among them are, for example, locking and fastening elements for truck saddles, components for semi-trailer support legs, components for tailgate lifters, parts for attaching various aggregates to the body of vehicles.

Large masses moving at high speeds are known to be a source of increased danger in terms of both property and personal injury. At the same time, the competition in the field of the automotive industry is high, and only companies that can produce a high-quality and durable product at low costs can successfully operate in the market. Therefore, the production and quality control process of our automotive products is thoroughly documented and digitized. Quality and its stability over time are ensured by the use of appropriate work and control measures and jigs, the continuous development of the skills of employees and the implementation of a non-conformity process to the standards of the German automotive industry (VDA).

In the field of the automotive industry, we also have products, the need of which can reach 100,000 similar units per year, and the production process of which is therefore largely automated. Our experience in the automotive industry is not limited to providing manufacturing services.
